I had my two hardest finals today.
-Advanced Nutrition & Chemistry
I am so thankful this day is almost over. I still have studying to do for my final on friday, but it won’t be as mind boggling as these two were. I also have to pack, workout, clean, and sleep! Trust me, after these last couple of days I think those tasks are completely bearable.
This week has been tough. Stress out the wazoo, but I have learned to manage it better over the years. I am thankful for this and hope I continue this as the years go on. One of my roommates has been having the hardest time with stress and worry. It can be so hard to try and calm someone down when they can get worked up so easily. It is hard for me to stay calm when I have someone like that around, but living with her has taught me how to deal with this. It continues to be a good lesson and I still consider her one of my closest friends. You learn to love your friends through the ups and downs.
I am so excited to go back to Oregon on saturday. I will be there bright and early-ish, waiting for hugs from my mom and step dad at the airport. Seriously, I have been looking forward to saturday for a loooooong time now. And then my brother flies in on the 23rd! Party!!!! Can’t wait to be with all the people I love.
Keep on keeping on with the challenges you face this week. Just remember to turn your cares into prayers/positive thoughts— doing this makes life a lot less complicated and stressful when we face those situations.
In workout news I did my A & B Circuit (that I still need to post up here!) and 2 miles on the treadmill. I would’ve gone for a longer run, but I had to get back and study for chemistry. Tomorrow is hopefully going to be a long distance day. I NEED/WANT a long run…..!
